Telephone was easy to install, only (1) phone jack is essential for the main unit. Second unit just requires a power outlet. Sound excellent is fantastic, no distortion with good range.
I also like that you can listen and delete the voice messages from the handset.
No problems with the caller ID.
Nothing negative to say about this telephone.
