We got this phone particularly mainly because we required an expandable process that didn't have an answering machine. But the 1 function of this phone - the clarity. With both 2.four and 5.8 GHz phones, we had a lot of interference and a lot of static. With this telephone, I can walk to any component of the house - even a few homes down, and nevertheless hear just as effectively as if I had been talking on a wired telephone.
I can advise this process complete-heartedly - ignore the 3-star review of this product, as it particularly states the reason for the 3 stars is the lack of an answering program.
